Store Policy

  1. 14 days return for in store credit (may be subject to 15% restocking fee)

  2. Returned items must be in original packaging and complete 

  3. Final sale on special orders

  4. Final sale on electronics (tuners, gauges, etc)

  5. Final sale on used parts

  6. All parts for off-road use only

  7. The customer is responsible for ensuring the part will fit the vehicle

  8. The customer is responsible for the correct installation of the part

  9. Warranty claims must be directed at the manufacturing company of the faulty part unless it is an SSL branded part

  10. The customer is responsible for any damage or injury caused by the install or use of any item purchased

  11. Any shipping damage claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the package and must not show signs of installation

  12. Upon receiving a return we will inspect the item and contact the customer in regards to processing or declining the return

  13. Upon receiving payment the entire order will be shipped out within two business days as long as the part is in stock - the customer will be contacted if the part is back ordered
